This is a painting of Mount Timpanogos from an east-looking-west perspective.  Mt.Timp is an icon in the Utah Valley area of the state of Utah, USA.  The mountain towers to an elevation of 11,750 ft. above sea level, and it has snow at the top on about 10 months of the year. This painting is one of my favorites.  It's a little different style than I normally use, but more than that, it is painted from a direction that I rarely view Timp.  I paticularly like the foreground in this painting and the way it coordinates with the mountian.
